Right Angle Cross of Contagion 2

Each Earth gate shares its Sun's center — the two pairs are always opposite poles of the wheel. The Personality pair is the conscious half of the theme (roughly ages of self-recognition); the Design pair runs underneath, body-first and mostly invisible to you.

On a Right Angle cross the theme runs on its own track — a Personal Destiny: your life is self-occupied learning that becomes a gift to others without being aimed at them. The angle comes from your profile (profiles 1/3 through 4/6), not from the Sun gates — which is why the same cross name reads differently in a 1/3 chart than in a 5/1 chart.

Family names repeat across the canon with numbered variants — the quartet is the real identity, so "Sphinx 2" and "Sphinx 4" are different crosses that merely share a theme family. Name relatives of this cross: Right Angle Cross of Contagion 4 (14/8 | 29/30), Right Angle Cross of Contagion 3 (29/30 | 8/14), Right Angle Cross of Contagion (30/29 | 14/8).

A cross is a life theme, not a job title — the reliable move is to live your type and authority first; the cross reads completely differently from inside a correct life. Full method: how the incarnation cross is determined.
